He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frank and Margaret Anne Norris (Rhodes); and his sister Carol Anne Rapp. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Tim Norris (Jennifer), David Norris (Nicole) and Debbie Norris Graham (T. Thomson); his grandchildren, Parker, Katie Norris, Lindsey Norris-Woods (Allie), Leah Oakes (Heather), Aly, Adisyn, Gavin Graham and Tucker George; his sisters, Terri Bischoff of Powell and Nancy Viglianti of McCordsville, Indiana; and his friend Bill Strohm of Delaware.
