He was predeceased by : his father Robert Arthur. He is survived by : his wife Wendy L. Yee; his son Jack Sutliff of Westerville; and his siblings, Robin (Jennifer) of Jackson, Mississippi and Sandra Sutliff of Navarre. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with numerous friends and fans.
