He is survived by: his children, Kelley Myers, Heidi Rayburn and Dustin Lindsay (Jenney Kelley Rapp); his grandchildren, Joshua Rayburn, Jeremy Rayburn, Jessica Rayburn, Madisyn Myers, Emma Myers, Harper Myers, Dustin Lindsay Jr. and Khloe Lindsay; and his siblings, Sheila Cox, Cheryl Baughman, Brenda Preston and Craig Lindsay.
