She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldean C. Wogoman and Gladys N. Wogoman (Byrd); and her spouse Deva "Dave" Fuller. She is survived by: her children, Charles Stickelman (Susan Clark) and Terri Stibaner (Steve); and her grandchildren, Eric Stibaner (Molly), Katherine Rodriguez (Thomas), Sarah Graffis (Cody), Hannah Gee (Max) and Harrison Stickelman. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Lexington Avenue Chapel (2553 Lexington Ave, Mansfield, OH 44904). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Compassus Hospice in Sandra's honor.
