Shirley leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Shirley’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Shirley will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Walter Allen and Sylvia Mae Wells; and her sister Barbara Windell (Andy Frazier). She is survived by: her children, Amy, Bradley, Bobbi Jo and Kelly.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 1st 2027 at 12:00 PM at the Delaware State Park (5202 US-23, Delaware, OH 43015).
