He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Cyrus Foor and Nora Foor (Price); his brothers, Dick Foor, Jerry Foor and Larry Foor; his niece Anita Foor; his great-niece Destinee Snyder; and his pet Penny Lane.
He is survived by : his nephew Christopher Foor; his children, Carrie Renfroe (Davis), Kelly Wheeler (Davis), Chad Davis, Amanda Foor and Lindsay Gignac (Foor); his son-in-law Andrew Gignac; his grandchildren, Theodore Gignac, William Gignac and Helen Gignac; his brother Robert Steven Foor; his sister-in-law Carrie Foor; his brother Martin Leroy Foor; his sister-in-law Nancy Foor; and also Alex Hatter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
