He was predeceased by: his parents, Goldie Haynes and Clell Haynes; and his wife Janice M Haynes. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Smith, Kenneth Smith (Linda), Jennifer Heilman (Al) and Jeffrey Haynes; and his grandchildren, Vanessa Smith, Tristan Smith, Joshua Smith, Rachel Smith, Stephanie Soper, Benjamin Zimmer, Alexander Heilman and Brianna Haynes. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and two siblings.
