She was predeceased by: her father Charles E. Dawley; her son David J (D. O.); her grandson Jared Tetz; her stepfather William Dawley; and her siblings, C. Brainard Whitmore, Dorothy Janes and Beatrice Smith.
She is survived by: her mother Jane H. Whitmore Dawley (DePledge); her husband John A. Tetz; her children, Donna Kavo (Edward) of Upper St and Dr. James Tetz of Yellow Springs, OH; her grandchildren, Kristin (Jade), Bradley (Natalie) and Zachary (Michelle); and her great grandchildren, Isabella, David, Charlotte and Beckett.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Delaware (73 W Winter St, Delaware, OH 43015). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
