She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hartsough and Gloria Hartsough; her brother Michael Hartsough; her parents-in-law, Craig and Louise Carmichael; and her son David Carmichael.
She is survived by: her husband Chris Carmichael; her children, Jil Carmichael and Courtney Carmichael; her grandchildren, Brock, Claudia and Noah; her great grandchild Liam; her siblings, Pat, Mark and Chris; and her caregiver Kay.
