He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Harper Blake and Iona Musser Blake of Noble County, Ohio.; and his wife Kathy Scott. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Monahan (Colin); his grandson Everett; his son William Blake (Sarah); his grandchildren, Vivian, Farrall and Evelyn; his former wife Sandra Blake; his stepson Rob King (Krista); his stepgrandson Alex; his stepson Mark King; his stepgrandson Preston; his sister Delores Farrall (late John); his nephews, John, Greg and David; his sister Diane Frawley (late Mike); and his siblings' children, Shannon and Sean.
He dedicated his free time to organizing local "car club" activities and could always be found in the background assisting with charity events.
