He was predeceased by: his parents, Burch M. Wheeler and Oshell Wheeler (Cantrell). He is survived by: his wife Donna May Overly Wheeler; his daughter Gwen Wheeler Russell; his grandsons, Cameron Russell, Tsinnijinnie Russell (Erin) and Justin Russell Jr.; his great grandchildren, Luis Estrada Russell and Cameron Estrada Russell Jr.; his stepchildren, Penelope Gifford, Julie Bates and Mark Huston (Angie); his grandchildren, Taylor Gifford-Holland (Matthew), Austin Gifford, Allen Bates III, Noah Bates, Payton Bates, Nicole Huston and Elizabeth Huston; and his siblings, Johnny Wheeler (Ginny), Ronnie Wheeler (Roxanne) and Carolyn Cline (late Tom).
