Though Carl may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carl touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Claybaugh and Anne Claybaugh (Umble); and his brother Don Claybaugh. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Claybaugh (Sutton); his son Jeff Claybaugh (Jackie) of Lima Oh; and his stepchildren, Sandy Paul (Rick) of Middlepoint Oh, Cindy Williamson of Ft. Wayne Ind, Lisa Dick (Greg) of New Haven Ind and Shawn Rafferty (Jeni) of Ft. Wayne Ind. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
