He is survived by: his father Kenneth Armstrong; and his siblings, Mary Carder (Larry), Rhea Miller, Sarah Shaktur and Albert Pavel (Michelle Evans). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harter & Schier Funeral Home (209 W 3rd St, Delphos, OH 45833). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
