He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramiro Lozano and Louise Lozano (Leis); and his brother Thomas Lozano. He is survived by: his siblings, Tony Lozano (Pam) of Delphos, Daniel Lozano (Diane) of Leipsic and Barb Hesseling (Denny) of Delphos; and his nieces and nephews, Dustin (Taylor), Kory (Alyssa), Reed Hesseling (Haley), Kelsey Stanley (Thomas), Jackie Hiegel, Tasha Knueven (Jeff) and Justin Kruse (Marisa).

Memorial contributions can be made to either of the Delphos high schools' Athletic Booster programs in Charlie's memory.
