She is survived by: her children, Angela Shaheen (Nick Cygan) of Lima and Daniel Salazar of Lima; her stepson Emenuel Gardner; and her siblings, Jose Salazar, Jr., Felix Salazar of Findlay and Ruby Willhite (Andy) of Findlay. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
