He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Beatty; and his brothers, Charles, Bill and Beecher Adkins (Judy). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Ball (Loretta) of Mansfield, Raymond Ball (Debbie) of Mt. Gilead, Tim Adkins (Molly) of Mansfield and Kim Adkins of Mansfield; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Beatty of Defiance, Pat Beatty of Ontario, Flora Adkins of Mansfield and Fredia Adkins of Mansfield; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth Snow (Jordan) of Mt. Vernon, Peggy Sue Rush (John) of Mansfield and Stephanie Rueckert (Jeff) of Mansfield. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
