Helen M. Kaverman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen M. Kaverman of Delphos, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 12, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen M. Kaverman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard J. Grothause and Marie E. Grothause (Krieft); her husband Hubert R.'Hups'Kaverman; her brothers, Norbert, James, Hubert and Paul Grothause; her son-in-law Gary'Spike'Wiechart; her great grandchild Rebecca Wiechart; and her sister-in-law Mary Grothause.
She is survived by: her children, William J. Kaverman (Jeri Lynn) of Ft. Jennings, Ray A. Kaverman (Ann) of Delphos, Anthony P. Kaverman (Lisa) of Delphos, Ann M. Wiechart of Ft. Jennings, Mary T. Boehmer (James) of Ft. Jennings and Karen R. Dickman (James) of Ft. Jennings; her siblings, Mike Grothause (Patricia) of Delphos and Beth Metzger (Larry) of Delphos; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Grothause of Ft. Jennings, Marcia Grothause of Delphos and Dorothy Grothause of Delphos. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Weber Funeral Home (1840 E 5th St, Delphos, OH 45833). A wake was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 7:45 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Delphos St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (331 E 2nd St, Delphos, OH 45833).
Memorial contributions may be made to The Delphos Canal Commission, Ft. Jennings Athletic Boosters, or to a Charity of the Donor's Choice.
