He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl Gibson (Amos). He is survived by: his father Douglas Fitch; his wife Belinda Patton Fitch; and his daughters, Greta (Connor Stechschulte) and Alaina. He is also survived by siblings, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Lifeline of Ohio. Because of Organ Donation, Jeff was able to enjoy 4 more years of life with his family and friends.
