He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Osting and Beatrice Osting (Siebeneck); his close friend Donna Keller (Broerman); his stepson Thomas Keller; and his great grandchild Hexley Hamel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melinda Marshall (Paul) of Appleton, ME and Marianne Staples (Chris) of Searsmont, ME; his stepchildren, Doreen Sheeter (Jay) of Delphos, Todd Keller (Heather) of Delphos, Terry Keller (Kathy) of Ft. Jennings and Dawn Lopez (Jose) of Midland, TX; his grandchildren, Madison Marshall, Ashlie Witham (John), Chloe Staples, Helena Staples, Ashley Dunlap (Nick), Austin Sheeter, Abbey Hamel (Adam), Addison Sheeter, Annabella Keller, Milo Keller, Christian Keller, Katie Keller, Haley Keller, Tyler Lopez (Sasha), Danielle Hernandez (Jose), Kristin Prestridge (David) and Isiah Lopez; and his sister Virginia "Ginny" Osting of Fredericksburg, VA.. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
