He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Sr. Keeling and Ruth Keeling (Feathers); and his siblings, Robert E. Keeling Jr., Kevin Keeling, Ron Keeling, Connie Truesdale and Carla Grouthouse.
He is survived by: his sister Susan Osenga of Delphos. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Harter & Schier Funeral Home (209 W 3rd St, Delphos, OH 45833). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kenneth's family.
