She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Klier and Agnes Klier (Gremling); her husband Jed Franklin; her son Ralphie Franklin; her son-in-law Timothy Hellman; her grandsons, Nathan Knebel and Donald Riordan II; her great grandchild Rachel Hellman-Malouf; and her siblings, Buddy Klier, Rosie Brown (Buss) and Betty Osting (Ed).
She is survived by: her caregiver Mary Lou Knebel (Rick) of Delphos; her children, Debbie Franklin of Spencerville, Millie Hellman of Delphos, Karen Franklin of Tennessee, Jerry Franklin (Sandy) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Jody Franklin (Christine) of Lima, Gary Franklin (Melinda) of California and Steve Franklin (Diane) of Upper Sandusky; and her sister Patty Clemens (Ron) of Oakwood. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Weber Funeral Home (1840 E 5th St, Delphos, OH 45833). A wake will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Delphos St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (331 E 2nd St, Delphos, OH 45833).
