He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilary Trentman and Martha Trentman (Gengler); his son David Trentman; his daughter-in-law Cindy Trentman; his grandsons, Ryan Trentman and Tim Trentman; his siblings, Virginia Nickols, Noreen Murphy, Lois Luersman and Tom Trentman; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Murphy, Andy Loraditch and Norman Etgen.
He is survived by: his children, Leo Trentman, Bob Trentman (Doris) of Landeck, Diane Trentman of Delphos and Mary Youngpeter (Kevin) of Landeck; his grandchildren, Tiffany Stahl (Jon), Todd Trentman (Kirstie), Brad Trentman (Marissa), Kyle Youngpeter and Krista DiFrancesco (Domenic); his siblings, Mary Loraditch of Akron, OH, Rose Etgen of Lakeland, FL and Robert F. Trentman (Suzanne) of Delphos; his sister-in-law Jane Trentman; Elaine Trentman of Landeck. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
