He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hiett (Hoffman); his son Jay Hiett (Sara) of Venedocia; his son-in-law Kyle Berelsman of Spencerville; his grandchildren, Halle, Luke, Letty, Myles Hiett and Lane Berelsman; his siblings, Kathy Leffel (Ron) of Spencerville, Joyce Kortokrax (Phil) of Findlay, Sue Beining (Leo) of Landeck and Kim Hiett (late Sam Fittante) of Findlay; and his in-laws, Jerry and Kathy Hoffman of Elida.
