He is survived by: his wife Cindy Miller; his daughter April Miller; his brother Maurice Miller Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Sandra "Sandy" Miller and Brent "Sonny" Adam; his nephews, Greg, Brad Adam, Kevin and Todd Miller; and his niece LeAnn.
