It is with sadness that the passing of Rose Hager of Delphos, Ohio is shared. Rose, born on August 23, 1936, passed away on September 28, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rose Hager to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Fred" Wrigley and Flossie Wrigley (Cavinder); her husband Robert W. Wortman; her former husband Donald Hager; her son Michael G. Wortman; her grandson Scott Wortman; her great grandchild Aleyah King; and her sister Mary Haase (Wrigley).
She is survived by: her children, Ann Pepiot (Gregory) of Delphos, Robert Wortman (Kathy) of Delphos, William Wortman (Cheryl) of Celina, Mark Wortman (Louise) of Parma, ID and Richard Hager (Brandy) of Cairo; and her daughter-in-law Holly Wortman of Findlay.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter Lutheran Church (422 N Pierce St, Delphos, OH 45833). A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the St. Thomas Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) Research and St. Peter Lutheran Church.
