He was predeceased by: his father Charles LeVan. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Stout; his wife Rebecca LeVan (Harrod); his stepmother Diane LeVan; his daughters, Sydney Renner (Lex) and Erynn LeVan; his stepchildren, Jenn Wallace, Zac Elwer, Abby Parsons and Cary Parsons; his grandchildren, Morgan Porter, Mercedes Wallace and Nick Wallace; his great grandchildren, Victoria, McKenzie and Dustin; his brother Scott LeVan; his half-brother Michael Stout; his stepbrother Freddie Martin; his half-sister Rachel Watts; and his stepsister Karen Bensinger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
