He was predeceased by: his son Brad Sager; his granddaughter Ashley Windle; his parents, Vernon Sager and Ethel Sager; and his siblings, Morris, Lloyd, Dale, Paul, Clarence, Gerald "Buck", Henrietta and Jane.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley "Raker" Sager; and his children, Terry, Scott and Jody. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
