She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Joseph and Elaine Marie Millenbaugh (Fortin); her brother Robert D. Millenbaugh; and her son Scott Anthony Thomas. She is survived by: her daughter Danielle Thomas; her grandchildren, Ryleigh, Izabella and Scotty; and her siblings, Linda Kubiak, Donald Millenbaugh, Raymond Millenbaugh, David Millenbaugh, James Millenbaugh, John Millenbaugh, Thomas Millenbaugh and Alan Millenbaugh. She is also survived by 2 children, a daughter and a son, and had 3 grandchildren.
