He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Neate and Mae Neate (Voltz); and his brothers, Robert Neate and John Neate. He is survived by: his wife Rita Rupert; his children, Dwight Neate (Tamara), Leah Mae Williams (David), Eric Neate (Trisha) and Brett Neate (Kelly); his grandchildren, Cameron Neate, Luna (Xena Williams), Jeremy (Jonah Neate) and Charlie (Abigail Neate); his great grandchild Evander Williams; his sisters, Donna Hillard (Raymond), Barbara Miller (Burt) and Sue Tyson (Alan); and his aunt Winifred Frey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
