He is survived by: his daughter Alicia Fahy (Josh) of Liberty Center; his wife Julie Fahy; his siblings, Terry Fahy (Betty), Thomas Fahy (Angie), Matthew Fahy (Samantha) and Laura Fahy; and his grandchildren, Trenton and Greyson Day.
