He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Ramos Sr. and Juanita Ramos (Duran); his wife Erlinda L. Lopez; his daughter Sally Lou Urbina; and his siblings, Francisco Ramos Jr., Aurora Ramos, Margareta Ramirez and Maria Escamilla.
He is survived by: his children, Guadalupe Hovis, Joe Ramos (Gail), John Ramos and Ronald Ramos; and his siblings, Salvador Ramos, Lela Escamilla (Efrain) and Lina Rupp (Daniel). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
