He was predeceased by: his parents, Morley O. Galbraith and Doris Galbraith (Nardi); his brother Thomas Galbraith; and his siblings-in-law, Deb, Kathy Galbraith, Ralph Learst and Tom Whitten.
He is survived by: his wife Jude Galbraith; his children, Robert Cook (Kim), Bryan Cook (Jamie), Brenda Klock (Chris), Mike Cook (Heather), Paul Robinson (Vanessa), Skippy Galbraith (Sarah), Matt Galbraith (Brad) and Billie Jo Hernandez (Alex); and his siblings, Robert (Dixie), Richard (Patricia), Charles, Rodney (Patricia), Keith Galbraith (Tonya), Beverly Learst, Judy Whitten and Diane Hoffman (Gary). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barnes Funeral Chapel (5825 OH-109, Delta, OH 43515). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 7:30 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a memorial contribution to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or the Toledo Clinic Foundation, P.O Box 8932 Toledo, Ohio 43623 in his memory.
