She was predeceased by: her parents, Brian Craig Hillyer and Marie Antionette "Toni" Hillyer (Green). She is survived by: her husband John Stephen Smith; her children, Alexis McAfee (Hayden), Jake Smith and Peyton Smith; her grandchildren, Elliot and Hayes McAfee; her sisters, Christine Mitchell (Steve), Heather Sowers (Carl) and Pamela Edwards (Toby); her parents-in-law, Jim and Stephanie Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Ken Smith (Bonnie), Mike Smith (Rhonda) and Kiley Smith (Carrie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jennifer's memory to Aultman Cancer Center and/or Crossroads Hospice.
