She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmert Swinford and Edna Susan Swinford Norris. She is survived by: her husband James Darrell Price; her daughter Renée D. Goodwin; her grandchildren, Sara Kenosky (Bob Specht) and Daniel Busby; her great grandchildren, Katrina Hines (Wyatt) and Heidi Tristano; and her great great grandchildren, Olive, Willow Hines and Atlas Mosca.
She requested that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, in lieu of flowers. Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
