He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Cosner, and Cora Anna "Irene" Cosner, Sr. (Crookham); his sister Sandy Norton; and his grandson Evan Michael-Lyndon Donnelly. He is survived by: his son Frank L. Donnelly, Jr. (Jessica D.); his brother James N. Cosner; and his grandchildren, Destiny Martin, Kara Rohda (Tadder), Sarah Brown (Jacob) and Paxton L. Donnelly.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home - Oak Harbor (165 E Water St, Oak Harbor, OH 43449). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Frank can be given to support the family in care of the funeral home.
