He was predeceased by: his brother Mark Rutter; and his cousin Roger Rutter. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Rutter (Janelle Rutter) and Shirley Jones (Wright); his children, Amber Wickard of Deshler, Taylor Baer (Curtis) of North Baltimore, Ohio, Maia Rutter of Ottawa, Ohio and Leanna Rutter of Deshler; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ethan, Eliana, Penelope and Emiliano; his brother Chad Rutter (Amanda) of Deshler; and his niece Emoree Rutter.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (3786 County Rd E, Deshler, OH 43516).
