She was predeceased by: her husband Paul "Shakey" Wensink; her daughter Sharon Huff; and her granddaughter Charity Hummel. She is survived by: her sister Annis Kay Apple (John); her children, Randy Wensink (Deb), Ray Wensink (Annette), Joe Wensink (Meir) and Kaylene Wensink-Stevens (Tom); and her grandchildren, Luke Wensink (Megan), Adam Wensink (Andrea), Brittany Blasiman (Eric), Tim Wensink (Sarah), Jason Wensink (Debbie), Jake Creager (Robin), Zac Middleton (Kara), Tommy Stevens and Logan Stevens. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Putnam County Hospice.
