He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Godeke; his siblings, Nancy Johnson (Daniel) and Kenneth Godeke (Dawn); and his brother-in-law Paul Meyer.
The family suggests memorials to St. John Lutheran Church or Shriners Hospital.
