He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Lou Schlumbohm Tyson and Richard Eugene LeVeck; his siblings, Linda Romick (Ron) and Dave LeVeck (Cheryl); and his stepfather Ronald Eugene Tyson (Emma).
He is survived by: his wife Rosaline Johnson-Monteith (Wilhelm); his daughters, Donna LeVeck, Carol Scott (Todd) and Colleen LeVeck; and his brother Joseph LeVeck (Judy). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
