He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chorba and Mary Chorba. He is survived by: his wife Ada Chorba; his children, Thomas Chorba, Jr. (Susan), Jodi Beavers (Sean) and Jennie Woerner (Tom); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Sean Jr., Elise, McKayla, Madison and Laney; and his stepson Mark Crowe (Vicki).
