He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Smith and Virginia Smith (Hartman); and his son Keith Allen Smith. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lou Hoops; his daughters, Katrina Sharigian (Tod) and Patrice Fairweather; and his grandchildren, Anna Fairweather and Liam Sharigian.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (220 W Elm St, Deshler, OH 43516).
