Phillis Sr.; her children, Darla Timberlake (Ray) of Cambridge, OH and Dale Phillis Jr. of Dexter City, OH; her grandchildren, Bethani Welsh (Robert), Josh Phillis, Jason Timberlake (Cindy), Nick Timberlake (Carrie) and Cali Miller (Zac); her great grandchildren, Mable, Braxton, Damion, Dylon, Ella, Denae, Trystan, Harley, Joseph and Kylie; her great great grandchild Bryer; and her brother Carl King (Elaine). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
