She is survived by: her husband Arthur Lewis of Diamond, OH; her daughters, Beth Malmsberry Hall (Will Pickens) of Lordstown, OH, Amy Malmsberry (Maysam Lakmoush) of Miami, FL and Cindy Workman (Greg Forrest) of Howland, OH; her sister Donna McKenzie of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Allysha Percy, Courtney Hall (Kyle Sexton), Brittney Hall (Kyle Stroup), Brianna Workman, Jonas Kaye and Aidan Kaye; and her great grandchildren, Allyiah Hicks and Braylind Hicks.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests material contributions be made to Healthy Hearts and Paws, in her memory.
