He was predeceased by: his father Jess Franklin Pugh, Sr.; and his wife Alice Mae Pugh. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Kempton (Jared), Alyssa Patrick (Jeffery), Amy Krol (Bret) and Kimberly Fernatt (Chris); his grandchildren, Holden, Case Kempton, Jackson Patrick, Dylan, Cody Krol, Jozlyn, Makaja Pugh and Isaac Fernatt; his siblings, Richard Pugh (Deanie) and Betty Tucker (Bob); Grace Irene Lambert. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
