He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Robert Neel and Marian Rose Neel (Graziano). He is survived by: his wife Susan Summers-Neel; his daughter Meghan; his brothers, Richard Robert Neel II (Marcia) of Townville and Jojo Kitty; Bernie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
