As Leota departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Leota may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Leota leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Swabado and Mabel Swabado (Schrader); her husband John "Jack" Bethel; and her son Charles William Bethel. She is survived by: her children, John Bethel (Yvonne) and Marge Michalo (Randy); her grandchildren, Randy Michalo and Jessica Bethel; and her great grandchild Chase Michalo.
