He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sempirek and Mary Sempirek (Kuccra); his daughter Terri Sempirek; and his brothers, Frank and Carl Sempirek.
He is survived by: his wife Veronica "Ronnie" (Banal); his son Karl Sempirek (Dana); his grandchildren, Ashley, Courtney, Carlye and Brock; his great grandchildren, Clayton, Kyleigh, Kyndall and Cooper; and his brother Jerry Sempirek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A vigil service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 3:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Adalbert's Catholic Church (39 Smithfield St, Dillonvale, OH 43917). A committal service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Holly Memorial Gardens (73360 Pleasant Grove Rd, Colerain, OH 43916).
