"Buck" Boyd and Frances Louise Boyd (Burkhead); her husband Scott Tyler Hazelton; her son Samuel Tyler Hazelton; her siblings, Debbie (Boyd), Walker (late Denny Walker) and Cindy Iadanza (Dino Iadanza); her close friend Nicole Kuntz; and her adoptive parent Ernie (Rachel Coleman).
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Wilson Funeral Home - Dillonvale Starts (154 2nd St, Dillonvale, OH 43917).
