He is survived by: his children, Terry Herring Jr. of Martins Ferry, Christine Herring of Smithfield and Paul Herring of Martins Ferry; his grandchild Brelyn Herring; and his siblings, Debbie Haggerty of Monessen, PA, Dessie Phillips of Dillonvale, Brenda Hrancho of Darlington, PA and George "Joe" Harancho of Mingo Jct. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
