She is survived by: her children, David Charvat (Sarah Webb) of Wheeling, WV, DeLayne Buchholtz (Roger) of Cocoa Beach, FL and Lori Charvat (Sheila Woody) of Vancouver; her brother Gary Pacheco (Rita) of Santa Clara, CA; her grandchildren, Rainey Moscato (Stephen) of Lorain, OH, Julia Och (Luke) of Carnegie, PA and Daniel Charvat of Speers, PA; and her great grandchildren, Mila, Armin Moscato of Lorain, OH and Henry Och of Carnegie, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
